If you have a garden like us then you are probably overflowing with squash and zucchini. One of our all-time favorite sides is FRIED squash and zucchini but as you know that isn't quite the most healthiest way of fixing it. I have been tinkering with different ways of sauteing them instead. So far our favorite way is super simple. Sauteed in butter with Tony Cachere Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top. Yep, it is that simple.
