"Unhealthy" Monkey Bread

Monkey Bread is a special treat at our house.  We make it on Saturdays when it is a special holiday, birthday or basically any celebration of any kind.  It is super-duper easy and totally UNHEALTHY!  Monkey bread gets a 10 thumbs up every time!

4 cans country style biscuits (I get the ones that are already bundled with 4)
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
Told you...totally UNHEATHY!

Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.  Mix sugar & cinnamon in large bowl. Cut biscuits in half and roll in the sugar/cinnamon and plop in the pan.  When done, melt butter and brown sugar, mix together and pour over to biscuits.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 mins.

2. Roll them in the cinnamon & sugar
4. Pour butter & brown sugar over biscuits

5.  Bake then flip the pan over on to a large platter or plate & let cool

Monkey bread is great to cook with kids.  Mine will take turns rolling the biscuits in the sugar mixture and tossing them into the bundt pan.
