Everyone in my family loves PINEAPPLES except for me of course. But I do like Hawaiian Chicken! It is ONLY 4 ingredients and super easy cause you just throw it in a crock pot, turn it on high then cook for about 4 hours. See SUPER easy! Enjoy!
4-5 chicken breasts
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (I just use honey flavor but I heard that there is a hawaiian flavored one that can be found at Target)
1 large can of pineapple chunks drained
2-3 cups of rice of your choice
Put the chicken in the crock pot (frozen or thawed) and cover with the BBQ sauce then top with pineapples. Cook on high for 4 hrs. Shred chicken and return to crock pot. Let sit for about 15 minutes.
Serve mixture over the rice! Delish!
YUM! This sounds REALLY good! I am going to have to try this...it is opposite in my family though. I am the ONLY one that will eat pineapple, cooked pineapple at least.
